Friends Scheme

The Friends Print Draw was a success with €5.5K raised this year. Thanks to all our supporters. All monies will go back into the artistic programming of Black Church Print Studio.

Black Church Print Studio are now renewing Friends subscriptions. One of the benefits of the Friends scheme is our annual print draw which is scheduled for Monday 5th November.

 

To summarize on how this draw works; each Friend is allocated a ticket number, on the night of the draw all ticket numbers are placed in a hat, the holder of each number drawn will be given the opportunity to choose from the prints on display. Everyone is guaranteed to win a print, if you are picked from the hat first you have the choice from 55 prints. There are a maximum of 50 tickets sold, so everyone will have a choice!! All prints included are by Black Church Print Studio artists, many of which are worth twice or three times the price of the Friends subscription. Venue is kindly provided by Monster Truck Gallery, 4 Temple Bar, Dublin 2. Viewing will be available from 6pm with the Print Draw starting promptly at 7pm.

 

Other benefits you can enjoy by being a Friend of the Black Church include: invitations to exhibition previews and events, discounts on courses and online print sales, invitations to print demonstrations and an annual tour of the Studio facilities.

Now in its eleventh year, the Friends' Scheme exists to allow you to show your interest in, and your support, for the Black Church Print Studio. An important part of our fundraising efforts, your contribution is essential for the development of the Studio's activities and enables us to purchase necessary Studio equipment & upgrade the Studio's facilities in order to maintain a fully equipped professional facility for Member and Non-Member artists.

Black Church Print Studio has charitable status and any amount over €250 is tax deductible. Charity number 6675.

* In our (extremely successful!) annual 'Friends Print Draw', each Friend of the Studio is issued a numbered ticket which is entered into a lottery and, in the order it is drawn, enables you to choose from a wide selection of prints by Studio Members. Each friend is guaranteed an original print, many worth twice or three times the value of the friend's scheme membership!

 

Please note: In order for the Studio to be able to offer all of the above benefits, we limit our friends scheme membership to 50 peoples so don't hesitate in joining!
